Effects of water injection on a partially ceramic coated piston spark plug ignition engine

چکیده

Yanma odasından dışarıya transfer edilen ısı miktarı yanma verimini direkt etkilemektedir. Isı miktarının artması azaltmaktadır. Motorlarda termal kaplama yöntemleri ile azaltılarak verimi artmaktadır. Fakat odasının tamamının malzeme kaplanması buji ateşlemeli motorlarda vuruntu temayülünün artmasına ve emisyon değerlerinin kötüleşmesine neden olmaktadır. Vuruntu azaltılmasında en etkiyi yöntemlerinden biri de su-buhar enjeksiyon yöntemidir. Su yöntemi motor performans parametrelerinde kötüleşme olmadan değerleri kayda değer oranlarda azaltılabilmektedir. Çalışmada, arttırmak için piston üst yüzeyi rezervi yüksek MgOZrO2 seramik kısmi kaplanmıştır. Kaplamalı motora, anlık yakıt tüketiminin %10, %20 %30 kütlesel oranlarında emme manifolduna su püskürtülmüştür. İki yöntem aynı anda kullanılarak parametreleri egzoz emisyonlarında iyileşmeler elde edilmiştir. TBL pistonlu motorda güç, tork, özgül sarfiyatı, efektif verim HC emisyonları iyileşirken NOx Emme yapılması durumunda ise artan azalmaktadır. % 20 püskürtme oranında torku güçte 4,1, sarfiyatında, %3,8 verimde %3,9 saptanmıştır. standart verilerine göre azalma Ayrıca 33’e varan azalmalar
